Office Manager and COO

Julie is our office manager and chief operating officer. She has years of experience in medical office management and aesthetics.

Prior to her current position, she managed a plastic surgery office for ten years and is well-versed in all the current aesthetic products and procedures. She has exceptional management skills and is responsible for our patient care coordination.

She schedules patients for consultations and procedures, manages the financial arrangements, and ensures that each patient receives all the information they need to prepare them for their procedure, skin care treatment, or healthy aging program. She is a valuable resource for questions and keeps the office running smoothly.

Practice Development Manager

I oversee strategic growth, patient experience initiatives, and operational development to ensure our practice delivers exceptional, personalized care. I work closely with our clinical team to align branding, marketing, and patient engagement with FontaineMD’s mission of helping patients live healthy, age strong, and feel their best at every stage of life.

McKenna

Patient Care Coordinator

McKenna works closely with Dr. Fontaine to coordinate all aspects of each patient’s Healthy Aging journey at FontaineMD. With years of experience at the practice, she provides attentive guidance, clear communication, and personalized support to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
