Prior to seeing Dr. Fontaine, I was in a state of terrible decline. What began as a gradual symptoms (weight gain and hot flashes), eventually turned to rapid deterioration (brittle bones, pain, chronic injuries, and depression). After seeing my initial lab results, I was surprised to see what a downturn my labs took from just 3 years prior. Within 2months of starting bioHRT, I began to sleep and feel better. Within 6 months, I was back to the gym again and able to do the things I previously loved. As my levels were gradually restored, I came back to my old self.
