Poor Sleep
Dr. James D. Fontaine
Poor sleep is a common symptom in perimenopausal or postmenopausal women, as well as in aging men. In fact, poor sleep is often one of the biggest concerns expressed by my patients. Fortunately, sleep quality is usually dramatically improved with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We also work on lifestyle issues that promote quality sleep and can prescribe a variety of supplements that improve sleep quality.
